Information used to provide our services
We collect the contact and delivery details you submit, order and payment references, account details, training bookings and enquiries. Optional training questions help us respond to your stated interests. Do not include sensitive information in enquiry notes.
Orders, accounts and payments
We use these details to respond, manage accounts, fulfil orders and classes, issue invoices and send service notifications. PayMongo processes online payment details. The platform stores payment status and references; payment credentials are entered with the payment provider. Business account access requires verification and approval.
Service providers
Cloudflare serves the website. Supabase supports account, database and platform functions. PayMongo processes payments. Delivery and email providers receive the information needed to deliver your order or service messages. These providers may process data outside the Philippines.
Analytics and advertising choices
Optional Google Analytics helps us understand website use, shop interactions and completed requests or payments. It loads only after you choose Allow analytics. You can change this through Cookie settings. The website measurement does not intentionally send names, email addresses, delivery addresses or checkout access codes. Where a form offers optional Meta advertising measurement, that separate choice governs its use; analytics consent does not enable it.
Essential storage and communications
Essential browser storage keeps your bag, checkout reference, login and preferences working. Account, order, payment and booking emails are service messages. A request or purchase does not by itself subscribe you to promotional email.
Retention, security and your choices
We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain transaction records, comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Some transaction records may need to be retained. No online system can guarantee perfect security.
Other websites and the existing store
Messenger, Foodpanda and other external services have their own privacy notices. Until the existing Shopify store is retired, transactions made on that store remain subject to its applicable privacy notice and Shopify processing. This notice describes the Brewing Club platform.
Updates
We may update this notice as our services change. This version reflects the website migration on 18 October 2026.
