How do I pay?
Public shop orders use PayMongo. Existing business customers can order on invoice according to their account’s approved payment terms.
Can I order ground coffee?
Choose whole beans or ground coffee where offered. The price is the same. Tell our team how you brew if you need advice on the grind.
How do business payment terms work?
New accounts start with payment in advance. Eligible delivered and fully paid coffee purchases count towards 7-day terms at 50 kg and 15-day terms at 100 kg. Any terms specifically set by our team for your account take precedence. Your portal shows your progress and current terms.
Does Autopilot charge my card automatically?
No. It creates recurring orders on your chosen schedule. Each order follows your account’s payment terms. You can pause, skip or change the schedule before an order is generated.
How do I reserve a barista class?
Select an available class and complete full payment or the offered downpayment. Submitting the form alone does not guarantee a seat. The booking page shows current dates, prices and conditions.
Can you help me open or improve a café?
Yes. Café Kickstarter helps you plan the coffee side of a new business. Our Café Growth Review helps existing cafés identify improvements to coffee, recipes, workflow and staff skills.
